Anti-DNase II (CT) Antibody
Catalog No.: 2059
Size: 100ug IgG in PBS, pH 7.4, purified by immunoaffinity chromatography.
DNase II causes both chromatin condensation and DNA fragmentation. The genes encoding human, porcine, and murine DNase II have been cloned. The DNase II gene encodes a 40kDa proenzyme. The mature enzyme consists of two non-identical subunits, the 32kDa ( ) and12 kDa ( ) chains, generated by proteolytic processing. Overexpression of DNase II induces chromatin condensation. DNase II is ubiquitously expressed in human tissues.
Antigen: Peptide corresponding to aa 347- 360 of human DNase II precursor (accession no. AF047016).
Host Species: Rabbit
Preservatives: 0.02% sodium azide.
This antibody recognizes the proenzyme of human DNase II (40kDa).
Immunoblotting: use at 1ug/ml.
Immunohistochemistry: use at 5ugml.
Positive control: Tissue lysate of human spleen.
These are recommended concentrations. Enduser should determine optimal concentrations for their applications.
Dilute in PBS or medium which is identical to that used in the assay system.
STORAGE AND STABILITY
This antibody is stable for at least one (1) year at -20°C. Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
For in vitro investigational use only. Not for use in therapeutic or diagnostic procedures.
