Varicella Zoster Virus (VZV) Glycoprotein
Catalog No: BA104VSG
Lot No: Lot specific
Agent: Varicella zoster virus, strain Ellen
Culture System: HEL 299 cell culture
Infected cells are extracted by detergent treatment. Glycoproteins from this extract are isolated by Lectin affinity chromatography. The resulting antigen is presented in 100 mM glycine buffer, pH 9.5. Residual amounts of detergent may be present.
Detergent and β-propiolactone treatment. Inactivity is confirmed by attempted growth under original culture conditions. Since no procedure can guarantee absolute sterility, the reagent should be handled with appropriate safety precautions.
Protein Concentration: Lot specific, specified in mg/mL. Determined by Bradford assay (BioRad) using BSA as standard.
Analysis: By ELISA
Date of Manufacture: Lot specific
Manufacturer: Institut Verion\Serion GmbH, Germany
