Human PSE1/Ku Protein Monoclonal Antibodies
Catalog No.: 70104 (N3H10) and 70105 (N9C1).
Size: 200 ug Protein G purified antibody in PBS, pH 7.4.
Antigen: Proximal sequence element (PSE1) of the human U1 small nuclear RNA extracted from human placenta.
Host Species: Mouse.
Antibody Class: 70104 = IgG2b; 70105 = IgG1.
Preservatives: None. Available on request.
70104 recognizes the small β subunit (~70 kDa) and 70105 recognizes the large α subunit (~80-90 kDa) of placental PSE1 and human Ku in solution and when bound to DNA.
These antibodies work well in Western blot and electrophoretic mobility (gel shift) assays for identifying PSE1 or Ku. They may be used to immuno-deplete Ku protein from protein mixtures prior to specific DNA affinity chromatography.
Dilute in PBS or medium which is identical to that used in the assay system.
STORAGE AND STABILITY
These antibodies are stable for at least one (1) year at -20°C to -70°C. Store product in appropriate aliquots to avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
