Specificity These antibodies specifically recognize mouse sperm protein sp56. They will react with native or denatured, non-reduced sp56 but not with denatured, reduced sp56. These antibodies do not cross-react with human sperm. Relative antibody titers for antibody binding to solid phase sp56: 55101 = 66pM, 55102 = 4nM, 55103 = 29nM, 55104 = 70nM
