Goat Anti-Mouse IgM Antibody, Biotin Conjugated
Catalog No.: 83903
Format: 1mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline, 0.2% BSA, 0.09% sodium azide, conjugated to biotin.
Antigen: Mouse IgM
Host Species: Goat
Specificity: Antibody is affinity-purified on mouse IgM. By immunoblotting and ELISA this antibody reacts specifically with mouse IgM. Cross-reactivity with mouse IgG subclasses and IgA is negligible. This antibody may cross-react with IgM of other species.
Immunoblotting: use at a dilution of 1:10,000-1:200,000.
Immunohistochemistry: use at a dilution of 1:250-1:2,500.
Immunocytochemistry: use at a dilution of 1:100-1:500.
ELISA: use at a dilution of 1:10,000-1:200,000.
These are recommended dilutions. Endusers should determine optimal dilutions for their applications. Prepare working dilutions immediately before use.
Dilute in PBS or medium that is identical to that used in the assay system.
STORAGE AND STABILITY
This antibody is stable for at least 1 year at 2-8°C.
For in vitro investigational use only. Not for use in therapeutic or diagnostic procedures.
