Specificity: Antibody is affinity-purified on mouse IgG2c. By immunoblotting and ELISA, this antibody reacts specifically with IgG2c of C57Bl/6, SJL, C57BL/10, CB20, and C57BL/6 x Balb/c mice. Cross-reactivity with other mouse IgG subtypes is not detected.
Immunoblotting: use at a dilution of 1:10,000-1:200,000.
Immunohistochemistry: use at a dilution of 1:250-1:2,500.
Immunocytochemistry: use at a dilution of 1:100-1:500.
ELISA: use at a dilution of 1:10,000-1:200,000.
These are recommended dilutions. Endusers should determine optimal dilutions for their applications. Prepare working dilutions immediately before use.
Dilute in PBS or medium that is identical to that used in the assay system.
