Format: 1mg/ml in 50mM HEPES, pH 7.1, 0.1M NaCl, 1.0mM MgCl2, 0.1mM ZnCl2, 0.2% BSA, 0.09% sodium azide conjugated to alkaline phosphatase. Molar enzyme:antibody ratio is 1:1.

Host Species: Goat
Specificity: Antibody is affinity-purified on mouse IgA. Cross-reactivity with mouse IgM, IgG1, IgG2a, IgG2b, IgG2c, IgG3, and IgE is not detectable.
Immunoblotting: use at a dilution of 1:1,000-1:10,000.
Immunohistochemistry: use at a dilution of 1:100-1:1,000.
Immunocytochemistry: use at a dilution of 1:100-1:1,000.
ELISA: use at a dilution of 1:1,000-1:10,000.
These are recommended dilutions. Endusers should determine optimal dilutions for their applications. Prepare working dilutions immediately before use.
Dilute in PBS or medium that is identical to that used in the assay system.
STORAGE AND STABILITY
This antibody is stable for at least 1 year at 2-8°C.
