Format: Ion exchange-purified antibody at 1.0mg/ml in PBS after reconstitution.
Macrophage inflammatory protein-3 (MIP-3β), also referred to as CCL19, is a small cytokine member of the chemokine family. MIP-3β is expressed at high levels in thymus and lymph nodes, at moderate levels in trachea and colon, and at low levels in stomach, small intestine, lung, kidney, and spleen. MIP-3β exerts its effects on its target cells by binding to the chemokine receptor CCR7 and attracts dendritic cells and antigen-responsive B cells.
Antigen: Recombinant human MIP-3β.
Host Species: Mouse
Accession no.: Q99731
Gene ID: 6363
Specificity: This antibody recognizes human MIP-3β.
This antibody has been qualified for use in ELISA to detect human MIP-3β; use at 1ug/ml. This is a recommended concentration. Endusers should determine optimal concentrations for their applications.
This antibody is provided as lyophilized product. Reconstitute with sterile distilled H2O.
STORAGE AND STABILITY
Store lyophilized product at 4ºC. After reconstitution, store at -20ºC. Store reconstituted product in appropriate aliquots to avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
For in vitro investigational use only. Not intended for use in therapeutic or diagnostic procedures.
