Human Granulocyte Macrophage Colony Stimulating Factor Monoclonal Antibody
Catalog Nos.: 50172-500 (500ug) and 50172-1000 (1000ug)
Format: Lyophilized at 1mg/ml in PBS.
Granulocyte Macrophage Colony Stimulating Factor (GM-CSF) was identified as a cytokine that controls the production, differentiation, and function of granulocytes and macrophages. The active form of the protein is found extracellularly as a homodimer. GM-CSF stimulates the growth of hematopoietic precursors from various lineages including granulocytes, macrophages, eosinophils, and erythrocytes.
Antigen: Recombinant human GM-CSF.
Host Species: Mouse
Antibody Class: IgG
Clone No.: NYRhGMCSF
Gene ID: 1437
Accession no.: P04141
ELISA: use at 0.1-1ug/ml with GM-CSF on the solid phase. These are recommended concentrations. Endusers should determine optimal concentrations for their applications.
Reconstitute with sterile H2O. Mix gently, wash the sides of the vial and wait 30-60 seconds before use.
STORAGE AND STABILITY
Lyophilized product is stable at 4ºC in a dry environment. After reconstitution, store at -20ºC. Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
For in vitro investigational use only. Not for use in therapeutic or diagnostic procedures.
