Format: Protein G-purified antibody in PBS, pH 7.4.
Glucose oxidase (β-d-glucose:oxygen 1-oxidoreductase) catalyzes the oxidation of β-d-glucose to gluconic acid, by utilizing molecular oxygen as an electron acceptor with simultaneous production of hydrogen peroxide. Microbial glucose oxidase is currently receiving much attention due to its wide applications in chemical, pharmaceutical, food, beverage, clinical chemistry, biotechnology and other industries. Novel applications of glucose oxidase in biosensors have increased the demand in recent years.
Antigen: Purified glucose oxidase from Aspergillus niger.
Host Species: Mouse
Specificity: These antibodies recognize glucose oxidase of Aspergillus niger.
These antibodies have been qualified for use in ELISA to detect glucose oxidase.
Dilute in PBS or medium that is identical to that used in the assay system.
STORAGE AND STABILITY
These antibodies are stable for at least one (1) year at -20°C to -70°C. Store product in appropriate aliquots to avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
For in vitro investigational use only. Not for use in therapeutic or diagnostic procedures.
