Anti-DR3 (ED) Antibody
Catalog No.: 2401
Size: 100ug IgG in PBS, pH 7.4, purified by immunoaffinity chromatography.
Apoptosis is induced by certain cytokines including TNF and Fas ligand of the TNF family through their death domain-containing receptors, TNFR1 and Fas. Another cell death receptor was recently identified and designated DR3, Wsl-1, Apo-3, TRAMP, and LARD. DR3 is widely expressed in tissues enriched in lymphocytes including peripheral blood, thymus, and spleen. Like TNFR1, DR3 induces apoptosis and NF- B activation.
Antigen: Peptide corresponding to the extracellular domain of human DR3 precursor (accession no. AAQ88676).
Host Species: Rabbit
Preservatives: 0.02% sodium azide.
This antibody recognizes full-length human and mouse DR3 (59kDa).
Immunoblotting: use at 1ug/ml.
Immunocytochemistry: use at 10ug/ml.
Positive control: Whole cell lysate from Jurkat cells.
These are recommended concentrations. Enduser should determine optimal concentrations for their applications.
Dilute in PBS or medium which is identical to that used in the assay system.
STORAGE AND STABILITY
This antibody is stable for at least one (1) year at -20°C. Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
For in vitro investigational use only. Not for use in therapeutic or diagnostic procedures.
