5′-nucleotidase (5′-NT), also known as ecto-5′-nucleotidase or CD73 (Cluster of Differentiation 73), is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the NT5E gene. CD73 converts AMP to adenosine. This enzyme consists of a dimer of 2 identical 70-kDa subunits bound by a glycosyl phosphatidyl inositol linkage to the external face of the plasma membrane. A deficiency of NT5 occurs in a variety of immunodeficiency diseases
Antigen: Recombinant 5’-nucleotidase (5’-NT). Accession no. P21589.
Host species: Mouse.
Antibody Class: IgG1.
This antibody reacts with human 5’-NT.
ELISA: use at 1-10ug/ml.
Immunoblotting: use at 1-5ug/ml. A band of ~63kDa is detected.
Immunohistochemistry: use at 1-5ug/ml.
These are recommended concentrations. Enduser should determine optimal concentrations for their applications.
Reconstitute in distilled water.
STORAGE AND STABILITY
This product is stable for at least one (1) year at -20°C to -70°C. Reconstituted product should be stored in appropriate aliquots to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
