CONDITION OF SALES:

Products are for in vitro investigational use only and are not sold for use in therapeutic or diagnostic procedures.

PRICE:

All prices are quoted in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Discounts are available on all products for large quantities, bulk orders and standing orders. Please call for specific information.

PAYMENT TERMS:

Net 30 days. A 1.5% finance charge will be added to past due invoices.

SHIPPING:

All prices are FOB San Diego, California. Delivery and packing charges are prepaid and added to each invoice or billed to customer's account.

All shipments requiring dry ice are subject to an additional $15.00 handling charge.

It is the customer's responsibility to notify QED of all necessary documents or permits needed for customs clearance or other purposes.

LIMITED WARRANTY:

QED warrants to the original purchaser only that the products listed in the catalog are of the composition and purity described therein.

Because of the nature of biological products, returns cannot be accepted without our authorization. QED shall, at its election, replace or refund the purchase price of material which does not conform to product specifications. As a condition of this warranty, all irregularities must be reported to QED no later than two weeks after shipment.

In no event shall QED be liable for any indirect, special or consequential damages resulting from use of the products. QED makes no expressed or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness of the products for particular research uses or other purposes.
