MIKROGEN product formats include ELISA formats (recomWell) and three immunoblot formats (recomBlot, recomLine, Immunoblot) for detection of specific IgG, IgM, and IgA antibodies. recomBlot and recomLine are unique products because the antigens are presented separately from one another on one nitrocellulose strip, thereby permitting simultaneous detection of antibodies to individual antigenic components.
