BriClone Hybridoma Cloning Medium

For development of mouse and rat hybridoma cell lines.

BriClone is an IL-6 enriched cloning medium for use in the post- fusion stages of hybridoma production and for cloning hybridoma cells. BriClone completely eliminates the need for feeder cells when used as a 5% v/v supplement in complete hybridoma culture medium.

Each batch of BriClone is tested for its ability to support the growth of hybridomas from freshly fused cells and under conditions of limiting dilution.
